Terms of service

Everything I offer is listed on the services page: gel manicures, BIAB, Gel-X extensions, nail art, pedicures and maintenance. That page is the honest description of what you’re booking. There are no hidden extras, and I won’t upsell you once you’re in the chair. Every appointment is one-on-one with me, and is confirmed personally before it’s locked in.

I’ll confirm the price with you, in Australian dollars, when I confirm your booking. What I quote you then is what you pay on the day. Prices may change from time to time as product and supply costs move, but a later change never applies to an appointment that’s already confirmed.

How long a set lasts depends on the condition of your natural nails and how you care for them between visits. I prep carefully and work with quality product, but no nail artist can honestly promise identical wear for everyone. The your visit page explains what helps a set go the distance.

Booking requests, cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals are covered by my booking policies, which form part of these terms. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
