Privacy policy

When you send a booking request or use the contact form, I ask for your name, a phone number or email, and your service and time preferences. I don’t ask for anything beyond that.

Your details let me confirm your appointment by text or email, reply to your questions, and share the studio address privately once your booking is locked in. They aren’t used for anything else.

Booking and contact details are kept in a secure database, and anything you write to me stays in my email. I’m the only one with access. There’s no team and no outside agency holding a copy of your information.

I don’t sell your data, pass it to third parties for their marketing, or add you to any list you didn’t ask to join. If you hear from me, it’s because you booked, asked a question or subscribed.

To stop receiving updates, just reply to any email and say so. There’s no hidden preference page to hunt down, and I’ll take you off the list as soon as I read it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email info@dustedbygina.com.au and I’ll sort it out personally.

I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you ever have a concern I haven’t resolved, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Please come to me first, though, because I’ll almost certainly sort it out faster.
